The entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides us with the opportunity to further adapt the company to the principles of transparency and protection of personal data, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of all data subjects, whether they are collaborators, members, suppliers, or third parties interested in receiving information.

Personal data are collected for the purpose of creating and promoting the network among subjects interested in achieving the corporate purpose of RIBES Nest S.C.A.R.L.; such collection represents an essential step for this purpose.
