PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH EU REGULATION 2016/679
INTRODUCTION
The protection of personal data is an important commitment for RIBES Nest S.C.A.R.L (hereinafter referred to as “RIBES Nest” or “Company”). The entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) gives us the opportunity to further adapt the company’s operations to the principles of transparency and protection of personal data, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of all those concerned, whether they are employees, partners, suppliers or third parties interested in receiving information.
DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal data are collected in order to create and promote the network among those interested in achieving the corporate purpose of RIBES Nest S.C.A.R.L., this collection is an essential step for the purpose.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The processing of personal data is based on Article 6(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, as it is mandatory for entering into the network itself. Failure to consent to the processing of data prevents RIBES Nest S.C.A.R.L. from correctly pursuing its objectives.
CATEGORIES OF THE DATA BEING PROCESSED
The data being processed are those relating to the correct registration of the person concerned within the network, and include information such as name, surname, telephone number / postal address or address, and all other data necessary or useful for the performance of services offered.
No data other than those necessary for the correct and effective development of the network promoted by RIBES Nest S.C.A.R.L. are requested or processed.
DATA STORAGE AND COMMUNICATION
The data are kept for a period not exceeding 10 years, and will be communicated only to public and private bodies responsible for fulfilling the obligations under current legislation, such as banks, financial or credit institutions, law firms or accounting firms.

The data will not be disclosed to other third parties without further and specific consent from the person concerned.
The data will not be sent to third countries or international organizations.
THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
The interested parties have the right to:
– ask the Data Controller for access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of processing concerning him or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
– revoke consent, if it constitutes the legal basis for processing, at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to revocation;
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
