The project SEFFood \u2013 Speedy Expo for Functional Food<\/strong> involved five partner companies of RIBES-Nest that produce functional foods<\/strong>, meaning foods containing coadjutant ingredients for the physiological functions of the body with potential preventive actions on the onset of diseases. These companies stand out for the innovation present in their products and their involvement in various stages of the agri-food supply chain, including the cultivation of raw materials, animal nutrition, the production and marketing of dietary supplements, as well as food products in the form of blends or flours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
